The bungalow sea view offered an very nice panorama, making our mornings special as we enjoyed breakfast on the veranda gazing at the ocean.
The bathroom design was unfortunately problematic as the handheld shower head caused water to splash everywhere, leaving the floor constantly wet.

The rooms are good-sized and air-conditioned and generally offer a private balcony, an effective air conditioning, and a lounge area. The stuff is service-minded and knowledgeable. All in all they offer excellant service. The venue has unbeatable and comfortable location to the Hom Thom cable car.

This resort is a beautiful paradise right on the beach with comfy bungalows and amaizing sunsets! The breakfast is super good, especially the pho and egg station. The staff are super friendly and helpful, bringing us sun umbrellas. The gardens are well kept and the beach is not crowded, a plus! Loved how close it is to local markets and restaurants!
on the downside, the air conditioning in our room could've been better and there were some rocky areas in the water that were a bit dangerous while swimming.

Love the location , own beach . Good breakfast. Green area.
The staff is indifferent. We stayed on the island in three hotels, so there was nothing to compare it to. The room was once milky, brown for the period of stay from the mud, it was unpleasant to touch to reach the balcony. The area of the hotel is an entrance yard. Streams of tourists from other hotels from morning to evening walk through the hotel to the beach. Near the hotel L Azure, the situation is reversed. They tried to go to the hotel, security did not allow. In addition, daily watched the picture of guests from other hotels occupy the sun beds in this hotel, take towels. The guards very rarely notice it. One guard was sitting on the phone all day long. Once again, I say that they lived in three hotels, all with their beach and such a mess was only in this hotel. If we go back to the island at this hotel, we won't stay here for sure.

Anyway, it's not bad. Beautiful area, private beach with sun beds, towels and WIFI. Och polite staff, very hard to help. But the English language would have to be taught. Cleaning of rooms is fast and high quality. The room always has free water + minibar. Free shuttle service to the airport. Air conditioning and WIFI on excellent. Location is good- there are many restaurants and SPA salons around. Night market in the city centre - 15 min on foot.
The sea was very dirty for a couple of days. The beach and the sea were cleaned, but I would like it to be done more often. The food showed me monotonous and not very tasty. (Breakfast, dinner). The massage is not bad, but in the city, 100 meters from the hotel do not worse and cheaper.

It was a very lovely resort on a beautiful Island. Our room was very comfortable. Breakfasts offered you a wide and different selection every day. Staff very friendly and helpful. They were quite proficient with the English language. Beach was nice and clean.
We had the Bar-B- Que. One evening for dinner but we were not particularly impressed with what was offered so we felt that was a bit disappointing. Our trip getting to the island was very long and tiresome. We were supposed to,fly from Can Tho with Vietnam Airlines but our flight got cancelled so we had to endure a three hour drive in a car to Rach Gia to catch the ferry. This took 2 1/2 hours and then a car/taxi over to our resort. The roads on the island are not very good so it was a very bumpy ride. Then when we we due to fly back to Saigon with Air Mekong this time our flight was delayed twice in one day so instead of flying out mid morning we never left until late afternoon. Seems they delay or cancel, flights from this island for whatever reason regularly. Just beware and always check your flight times.

Staying at Saigon Phu Quoc came with its highlights and some drawbacks. The location on Long Beach gave easy access to local eateries and shops. Our room, a Double Room with Garden View, offered a comfortable bed and serene views of the well-kept garden. Loved the quietness, made relaxing there enjoyable. The breakfast had a nice variety that included both Asian and Western options, though the coffee could use a stronger flavor. It felt a bit light for coffee lovers. On a couple of mornings, I noticed cold food at breakfast, not ideal given the warm weather outside. The pool area was spacious. Some parts of the hotel appeared slightly worn and in need of updates to match the tropical paradise vibe. It's a good spot for the budget-conscious traveler, needing just a few tweaks for a better experience.

Beautiful location, I guess the best beach around there. The "concrete wall" which has been mentioned by others is just a couple of steps, really no problem, don't worry because of it. Rooms are nice, big, huge beds. It is true that the whole resort is a bit old, at some place it needs refurbishing, but not that bad at all. You can reach night market and the restaurants by foot easily. Free transfer to/from airport, free bicycles, atm available.
Food and drinks are very expensive within the resort, but just across the street you can by beer, water, fruit at a normal price. There are plenty of restaurants also just along the main street, a few minutes walk from the resort. Although the best choice is the night market, reasonably prices, fresh seafood every evening!

Great Location, Very nice resort. It is 4 stars, great value for the money. Staff is very friendly, food is good . Any concerns about the " wall" which seperates the beach from the resort are completely blown out of proportion and is not an issue. Small sea wall, steps to go down to beach, and only on half the beach. Beautiful place, large, comfortable rooms, largest king size beds you have ever seen!
Nothing of importance. Some cosmetic flaws, minor. Its not a Four Seasons 5 star resort in the caribbean, its 4 stars in a developping island / nation.
